Trotter Crossing:

This project consisted of a complete road closure and continuation of sewer and water mains up Trotter Rd. onto a new residential development. Both mains then extended deep into the back of the development to service the new dwellings. The total linear footage of sewer and water main was over 5,000 feet. U.U.I. also installed a complete storm drain system, one storm water management pond, along with two cast-in-place headwalls totaling over 200 linear feet. This new residential development is located in western Howard County, MD.

Ellicott Station:

U.U.I. was brought in to carefully relocate over 60 sewer house connections for a 55 and over community. Any time we have to relocate existing sewer house connections there are several issues that can arise. On this site for instance, all other utilities had already been run to the houses including gas, electric, fiber optic, and telephone lines were all in the way of our area of work. We were also faced with some of these connections being over 18 feet deep, which required critically placed shoring.

Morgan's Landing:

Installation of water main, sewer main and a underground storm water management system for a new residential development located in Laurel, Maryland. The sewer main system required our company to cross a protected wetlands area, which when done incorrectly can lead to multiple problems for our eco-system and substantial risks for our Chesapeake Bay. Our crew safely and efficiently crossed this area during the wet months and completed this section of the project ahead of schedule.

Glenelg High School 40,000 Water Tank:

Installation of a 40,000 gallon fiberglass water tank that was over 73' long. U.U.I. also installed all electrical and water connections, control panel and a three level alarmed emergency shut off system. This tank is used to run a scheduled irrigation system which is run by a computer program from an off-site loction.

Trotter Point:

Installation of water and sewer mains, along with a storm drain system. This project was located in Howard County, Maryland.

Hammond's Promise Overlook:

Full site excavation and grading, along with the installation of water, sewer and a Storm Drainage System for a new residential development located in Laurel, MD.

Glenelg High School:

Sewer Force Main and Sewer Drain Field System. We worked in correlation with Lee Foundation Company on this project, and the project was completed in a timely and efficient manner. This project was located in Howard County, Maryland.

Musgrove Farms:

Sewer Drain Fields, along with Sewer System for a new residential neighborhood located in Western Howard County, Maryland. This Sewer System consisted of over 15 Duplex Grinder Pumps, along with thousands of feet of drain fields.

Bagheri Property:

Sewer Drain Field's and Force main from a Sewer Pumping Station. This project located in Ellicott City, Maryland consisted of 3 drain fields which all connected to a single force main, and all together consisted of over 3,500 linear feet of drain fields.

Owen Woods:

Water and Sewer Mains, for a new residential neighborhood located in Howard County Maryland.

Scott's Glen:

Water and Sewer Mains, along with Storm Drain and an underground Storm Water Management System, for a new 55 and over community located in Columbia, Maryland.

Tiber Ridge:

Water and Sewer Main, Storm Drain along with a Storm Water Management System for a new residential neighborhood, located in Howard County, Maryland.
