Our Team

Bruce Menz, President:
After serving in the U.S. Army for 6 years, Bruce went to work for an excavating firm for several years. It was then that he realized he wanted to go into business for himself. In 1987 the decision was made to expand the company, and Utilities Unlimited Inc. was formed. Bruce was also previously on the Board of Directors for the Associated Utility Contractors.

Jim Parrish, Estimator/Project Manager:
Since 1983 Jim has been in the construction business. Jim joined Utilities Unlimited in 1998 and has been very beneficial since. Jim is the head estimator here at U.U.I. and also handles much of our project management. Jim attended the University of Baltimore.

Nancy Menz, Office Manager/Finance:
Before starting with U.U.I., Nancy worked in customer service and accounting departments through 1987. She has since become the office manager and handles all of the financial aspects of U.U.I.

Jon Menz, Estimator/Purchasing:
After working for Utilities Unlimited during the summer months only while attending school, Jon recently joined full time. Jon is a graduate of Frostburg State University, where he earned a degree in Business Management.

Steve Myers, Site Supervisor:
After starting in the construction industry at age 19, Steve joined U.U.I. in 1987. He started as an operator and quickly moved up in ranks to a field supervisor. Steve has become a very productive foreman for our company, and has tackled some of our toughest projects. His efficiency and work ethic have helped us tremendously over the years, and his crews continue to operate safely and smoothly. As off 2007, Steve has been with U.U.I. for over 20 years.

Andrew Farina, Estimating/Purchasing:
Andrew joined UUI as an estimator in 2010, after working the last 10 years in the construction industry. Andrew is a graduate of Towson University, where he earned a degree in Finance.
